Principal Broker - Vincent Nardone
Born in Boston and raised in Weston, Massachusetts, Vincent attended Muhlenberg College where he played baseball and graduated with a double major in business and communications. He quickly began his real estate career at J.T. Fleming & Co. and shadowed the well-known and established Wellesley broker, Joe Fleming. Over the course of the next seven years, Vincent learned about the local area and best practices, while developing exceptional communication skills and market knowledge.
With a strong work ethic and excellent listening skills, Vincent quickly established himself as a reputable and reliable point of contact for buyers and sellers, and gained a foothold in the Natick market. By his first year as a sales associate, he managed more than $4.4 million in sales volume. In the second year, he broke into Natick's top ten agents for total sales volume, where he remains today. Vincent specializes in new construction and renovated homes in the surrounding area, while also providing an easy avenue for anyone looking to move away from the city.
In his spare time, he can be found golfing, playing softball, or behind the wheel at local autocross and track days.

Associate Agent - Ashley Nguyen
Ashley is a dynamic marketing expert with 20 years of experience in various industries, including commercial and residential real estate, telecommunications, technology, and media. Her first job at Boston.com was a stepping stone into the real estate industry, where she successfully managed online display advertisements for real estate agencies, brokers, and developers. Ashley held key marketing roles at Yamaha, Sennheiser, Airspan, CTS Corporation, and Tessco, where she boosted the company’s visibility and sales. As the Marketing Manager for F.R.E. Building Company, a Metro-West commercial and residential developer, she led successful marketing campaigns that achieved significant milestones.
Ashley is not only a creative and strategic thinker but also a versatile marketer. She is a natural problem solver and has a knack for leveraging her resources. Whether it’s advertising, public relations, email campaigns, webinars, social media, partner marketing, or events, Ashley has proven her ability to adapt and excel in various marketing channels. Her diverse experience has helped businesses scale up, demonstrating her passion and expertise in marketing.
Ashley is not just about work; she also knows how to enjoy life. Hailing from central Massachusetts, she loves embracing the outdoors. In the winter, you can find her at Wachusett Mountain, while in the spring through fall, she enjoys watching WooSox games. On a nice day, she loves hiking trails with her family and her Shiba-Inu dog, showing her love for nature and family.
