It’s been a while since we posted a general update, but welcome to the early spring market! We are looking to capitalize on a busy 2023 with 6 high priced transactions and plenty of prospecting for our builders. 2024 is already looking promising, with one deal already under agreement at 18 Centre St and three more just hitting the market! The buzz of potentially lower interest rates has buyers starting to come out of hibernation, filling recent open houses. Here is what we have in store!
